📌 Important Guidelines for Group Admins
- Group Submission Requirement: All groups must be submitted immediately after creation via the group submission form for proper monitoring and verification.
- Understand Before You Create: Before creating or submitting any group, the admin must first understand the purpose of the assigned group topic or website. This foundational knowledge enables you to confidently explain the group’s mission and rules to newly added members, ensuring clarity and consistency from the start.
- Exact Member Target: Payments are only made when the group reaches the exact number of members as stated in the official payment table.
- Minimum Active Period: To prevent misuse, groups must remain active with the required number of members for at least one week before salary eligibility. This rule applies whether you create the group from scratch or rename an existing group to match the assigned title.
- Group Type Availability: If a specific group type or topic is no longer visible in the list at the top of the page, it means we have already reached the maximum number of required groups for that category. No additional groups of that type will be accepted, although we will continue to pay and supervise the already submitted and approved groups.
- Monthly Salary Disbursement: Salaries are automatically credited at the end of each month for all qualifying groups.
- Ongoing Supervision: Even after payment, GroupFill continues to monitor your group’s activity. Any shift from the assigned topic may result in salary disqualification for the following month.
- Content Consistency: The group name and description must match exactly with the one assigned by GroupFill. Unauthorized modifications can affect your payment status.
- Engagement and Coordination: As the admin, you are responsible for maintaining active engagement, moderating discussions, managing member additions/removals, and ensuring the group’s relevance to its assigned purpose.
- Matching Group Data: The number of members in your actual group must match the total recorded under your GroupFill account. If there’s any discrepancy, you must provide a valid explanation.
- One Group, One Owner Policy: Each group can only be submitted by a single individual. If our system detects that the same group link has been submitted by multiple users, the account found guilty of duplication will be permanently banned without prior notice. Ensure your group is genuinely owned and managed by you before submission.
- Group Activity Qualification: Groups must remain active with regular participation. Dormant or inactive groups will not be considered for payouts.
- Currency & Location: Payment currency is determined based on the country selected during registration. Please ensure your account information is accurate.
